Our Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Message us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number.
2. Tell us which item you'd like to return or exchange, and why.
3. We'll arrange courier pickup and process your exchange or refund — we make it easy.

Good to Know

• You can also inspect your items with the courier at delivery and exchange on the spot where available.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange within the same 14-day window.
